The 'Mite Mag is a culmination of my upbringing as a Boy Scout in the early 2000's (thanks mom and dad) and my introduction to California's Yosemite National Park as a teenager. Family friend, Matt Peralta, initially invited me on a trip to Yosemite with carefully crafted activities, sharing hidden gems, and his annual magazine, The YoseZine. The YoseZine is a detailed itinerary based magazine that includes an annual trivia challenge on the magazine's content. Matt's YoseZine was the direct inspiration for the 'Mite Mag. 

As a California native, a devoted lover of the outdoors, and a lucky guy with great friends, I look forward to planning these annual excursions to the great Yosemite with the people I love most in this world regardless of the circumstances of life. From the bottom of my heart, thank you to all of the lovely folks who have been apart and continue to be apart of this every year. This fuels my soul. 

I have dreams for this passion project of mine that will be revealed with the passage of time. Thank you for taking the moment to read this piece. Nature is calling, please go outside!
